Research Interests
Bas was a graduate student working towards his M.Eng. in mechanical engineering. In collaboration with the Leibniz University Hannover he worked on computational modeling of non-synchronous vibrations for turbomachinery applications. This was being done to build and validate a new experimental turbine test rig that will be used to study non-synchronous vibrations.
