Jacob Manders is a sophomore at Duke studying mechanical and aerospace engineering. He is involved with the Duke Motorsports Team and is an active member of Chabad at Duke. His hobbies include weightlifting, meditation, reading, and basketball.
Research Interests
Jacob is researching experimental rig design and testing. He designed and built a pinning system to ensure a proper pinned boundary condition for a NACA 0012 experiment. Now he will be testing a motor system to be used in the Linear Cascade Project.
