Trey is a senior from Hillsborough, CA, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with the Aerospace Engineering Certificate and a minor in Classical Civilizations. Aside from research, he mentors students in Engineering 101 and is involved with Duke AERO on the Structures sub-team. In his free time, he enjoys golf, football and history.
Research Interests
Joining in the Fall of 2025, Trey has been working on developing structural models of truss-braced wings. He is interested in exploring elastic buckling in strut-braced wings as well as vibrational analysis and hammer testing of the novel wing concept.
